HI Everyone!
I have not used gumpaste or fondant yet. I'm going to try it this weekend. The question I have is can I refrigerate both after I have it on cake or will they crack and ruin? What is the best way to keep them looking great?
Thank you in advance

I refrigerate all of my cakes, fully decorated (fondant, gumpaste--everything), because the fillings I use require that I do. I've never had any problems because of it.

I've refrigerated mines without having problems. I cover it losely with plastic wrap and once I take it out, I immediately take the plastic off.

Good luck with yours.
