Not too many class opportunities (other than Wilton) pop up in my neck of the woods. A local cake store has put together a two day intensive gumpaste flowers class for this weekend. I'm stoked!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm in Wichita, KS. I'm looking at the supply list right now to make sure I have everything and I have to admit I don't know what some of this stuff is. I hope I have time after work to stop in. Gumpaste drying dock? What does that mean?
