I'm still learning with fondant. I agree with most of you-- Wilton Fondant is NASTY TASTING. I've tried to make my own using the recipes on here, but I've had no luck. The fondant cracks and is too dry... I don't know. It's been a disaster! What brand of fondant do you guys like the best, or what is a recipe that works for you?

For flavor, Choco-Pan. The new Massa Fondant is fantastic to work with and tastes pretty good too.

I like my recipe too. icon_smile.gif

Personally, I'm a white chocolate fondant girl ALL THE WAY. My semi-homemade chocolate fondant performs like a dream. NO cracks ever...strong...and so good! They taste it, they order it.

the best I have ver worked with are Massa Gruischina and Massa Ticino. FWIW Mary Maher and Courtney Clark both use fondex. Collete uses the Massa Gruischina.
