How do I make the flowers??? The flat ones and the buds???

They all look like BC to me.
a large petal tip for the big one, loop it around, if that makes sense, and here's the wilton instructions for the buds:

Still can't tell how to do the flowers. maybe a specific tip??? And angle in which to hold the bag???

You can do both flowers with a rose tip #101-104 depending on how big you want the flowers. I personally would use a 104. For the buds put the round side of the tip towards the cake, hold with the top of the tip at about 45 degrees towards you and then squeeze while moving tip in an oval shape about three times, each time a little smaller.

For the flowers use the same tip make oval shape for each petal.
