I bake 3 different size cakes..the biggest one fell in the center...can I fix it by cutting the top of the middle size to level it out?

I guess part of the question is it fully baked? They tend to fall in the center if you take it out of the oven too soon. How bad did it sink? Can you just level the top of it, or is it too much lost cake?
