It's the amount of surface to surface
area that makes the crispy edges
on brownies.
My son, Dan, is a freak for the crispy
edges. Instead of investing 30 bucks
in a pan, I made a single batter and
spread it out over a half-sheet pan,
then baked it for 15 minutes. The
whole thing was one long, crisp cookie,
which he loved!

I saw this pan at Bed bath and beyond and am thinking of buying it! It would also work well with cake.
