How tall should the topsy turvy layers be??

You use 3 layers so I am going to say 6 in high. I have a great tutorial if you want it pm me.

I think about 6 inches works well, although I'm no expert...

I don't think there is a certain height for a topsy turvy cake. I've seen tall one that looked nice and I 've seen shorter ones that looked awesome. It depends on the design you are aiming for.
