I'm making a wedding dress cake today. I'm going to bake it in my kitchen aid bowl. Anyone know how long I should bake it for?
What recipe are you using? Seriously though, I'd bake it for an 1hr and 15 minutes at least before I started checking it (this would not apply to pound cakes).
You might be better off just baking rounds, stacking, and carving them. That way you know it will be baked properly. You would have to cut it up to fill it anyways, right? Thats how I usually to barbie cakes, anyways...
