Hello all...
I have a bride who's father is allergic to chocolate. She wants buttercream icing as opposed to fondant and would like for the icing to be colored brown. Is there a brand other than Wilton that I can use to achieve a chocolate brown color??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

TIA,
Traycee

Try Americolor soft brown. It should give your icing a "milk chocolate" color. Hope this helps.

Check out Global Sugar Art's website - they have lots of other products besides Wilton. HTH
