Rolled b'cream? I would think that medium would be too soft for making good roses
The icing needs to be rolled thinner - or finger them. As you add more layers of petals, each one should push out away from the center more.
When you are finished, cut about 1/2 of the bottom off before adding a calyx.
Yea rolled buttercream. I know I should have used fondant, but I have leftover rolled BC and wanted to try it out. Thanks for the tips!!! I will use them next time. Of course next time I will use fondant haha.
