Anyone that has her book with the "Take it Easy Turtle"....

Any idea how many this feeds? I'm not going to follow the directions exactly, the head will be a ball of fondant. I am thinking two 10" rounds torted filled and carved down will get me 20 to 23 servings easily...sound right? If it would serve more, that's cool too, it's a freebie "I scratch your back, you scratch mine" for a vendor I will be working with.

Any help would be appreciated. I can't find a link to the pic from the book (for copyright reasons I'm sure..a good thing!). But a general turtle shape fondant covered, really is what I am after to feed at least 23 people.

Thanks again guys!

Dang....NOT 23 people, 32...now I am thinking I better use 12" cakes. Damnit. This is going to be a PITA cake.
