Please help! I am combining a couple of different cakes into one large sheetcake for a party next weekend. One side is the WASC cake with raspberry filling. The other side I would like to be chocolate but am completely blank when it comes to ideas for a filling. I am making this a few days ahead of time, so wouldn't I need something non-dairy or fairly stable to hold up and not soak into the cake? Any ideas you might have would be most appreciated! Thanks in advance!
