I've seen plenty of recipes for chocolate-ing marshmallow fondant, but was wondering if anybody had tried it with MFF instead, since I love that consistency. I'm on the verge of buying some Satin Ice, which is more expensive but less hassle from what I've heard, but I think two pounds will be too little, and five pounds too much, and I don't use chocolate fondant much ... I would just really like to be able to make more if I need more. Any thoughts?

Ohhhhhh yeah. I only make chocolate! Add 6oz of chocolate during the cooking process and let it melt in. I use white choc and my next batch, I'm going to experiment and try peanut butter chips. Michele also says you can add cocoa powder in place of some of the powdered sugar...
I absolutely love it.
Check out her website for more tips and a great FAQ about her fondant.
