Can I use Lorraine McKay's modeling clay, Fondant with Tylose, to make flowers?

I have run out of Gumpaste to cut out Dasies for the boarder of a cake and to make more means it has to sit overnight. Would Mrs. McKay's modeling medium work?

Thank you in advance for your quick response!!

Lauri
