i was wondering. if you cover petite fours while frozen, will it not cause problems as they thaw? i was just going to do mini cakes and dip them, the pouring never works for me. i have 150 to do and i don't want to have them all done and then the cover fall off or something. any advice would be appreciated.
I think that there would be condensation issues. I know you can cover them when they're cold, but I really wouldn't do frozen, especially on that many!!
the instructions on here that everyone swears by says to make sure they stay frozen, could someone who has done this method give their opinion.
