I made white chocolate ganache, and was advised to whip it to make it fluffy.I think I have over whipped it,and it's cuddled. Please how do I fix it. Thanks in advance.

Sorry I haven't made ganache before but I thought I could bump you up to get help.

I don't know if it will work, but I'd try warming it back up very gently and then mixing it slowly with a spoon (wooden or plastic--not metal) until it comes together. Re-cool it and try whipping again.
