I just made michele's fondant. I used the light cream and it was.......
THE MOST AMAZING THING I HAVE EVER MADE!!!! This taste sooo good and was so easy to make. Thank you Michele for sharing this recipe

To make Michelle's fondant is say to use cream, I might sound dumb but does it matter what type ie:heavy whipping cream. I am a newbie to making my own fondant and have seen rave reviews for the this recipe and I want to give it a go but I want to make sure I use the right products. Thanks for any assistance! icon_biggrin.gif

It really does not make a difference (other than overall flavor) if you use heavy cream, light cream, 1/2 & 1/2, milk, water, non-dairy creamer, etc.
