I will be using this recipe to make several cakes for this weekend. I would like to know if I have to put them in the fridge once they are iced. The recipe has margarine in place of butter and it also has whipping cream in it. I have never made this before but it sounds yummy. If anyone could help me with this I would appreciate it. My buttercream that I use has butter and whipping cream in it, and I don't refrigerate it. The amount of sugar in it acts as a preservative. I have read that it is good for up to 5 days at room temperature.
