Hi everybody,I'm wondering if I can melt white chocolate and add to whipped cream.Now...... icon_confused.gif
Do I need to stabilize the whipped cream first
At what point do I add it
How do I make sure not too deflate the cream.
TIA.

Make it the as you would make ganache... heat the cream, add the chopped chocolate and stir to let it melt, then let it cool and whip. HTH!! Good luck!

Oh ok,actually i'm making strawberry shortcake and i'm thinking to add some white chocolate to the whipped cream so it's not too boring, thanks i'll try that.Would it still give me that fluffy consistency or it'll be more like buttercream.

Thanks again.

It will still be fluffy like whipped cream. It's very yummy! And I love strawberry shortcake, so what time are we eating? Hahahaha icon_wink.gif
