I was hoping that someone could pass along a german chocolate recepie that would be good for carving? Or can you tell me if I can alter one of the durable cakes I have found on the site to make it a german chocolate? I have to make a large severed toe and the client would like it to be GC. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

The couple of times I've made it I've just subbed german choc for the regular choc in my receipe - if I have enough. I'm sure there are differeing opinions, but to me (who addmitadly does not like it 'cause I can't stand coconut!), the biggest thing that makes it german chocolate is the coconut goop you put on it.
