Please help!!! I have a few measurments for a mousse filling, need amount of chocolate AND preparation please. Here's what I have...
16 oz. heavy cream
3/4 cup Sambucca (an Italian liquor)
????How much bittersweet cocolate????
How can this be combined & prepared to be used as a mousse filling to fill between four layers? (It will be between two layers SPLIT to become four with a deep chocolate ganache frosting.)
Any suggestions??? Thank You!
