I just saw the cake challenge, "last cake standing" one of them had glow in the dark cake or icing. I was wondering if anyone knows about this & how to do it? The lady that did it, is the one that invented it & they said its something new to the cake world...

Didn't they say it was the quinine in tonic water that caused the glow?
