I just saw a thread here a few weeks ago about how to stack square and/or rectangle cakes with an overhang that were off-set and now I can't find them anywhere!? Someone posted a photo and asked for help on how to do it and there were several great replies, including something about plumbing equipment as the center core. Does anyone know what I am referring to? I can't believe I didn't copy it then. Thanks for any help or direction.

Cantilever Cake - I think this is the one you are referring to.

Sugarnspice1981, you are the best. That is exactly the thread I was looking for - I forgot that it was called a cantilever cake! I plan to make one this coming weekend for my son's lego birthday party so it will look like three legos stacked up. THANKS!!!
