Are you trying to start a business? I don't understand what you're asking, so if you could be more specific we might be able to give you an answer that would make sense icon_smile.gif

The shop, definitely. Bigger refrigerator space, bigger freezer space, 10 times the counter space, can bake 20 cakes in the ovens at one time, bigger mixer. I can get more done, faster, with bigger/better equipment at the shop. Some think if they bake at home, it's easier because you don't have to travel to the shop. Wrong-o. I can get more done at the shop, be done, and then when I come home, I'm DONE.

No more of this staying up past midnight for me!

I bake from home, and Debi's right about the bigger capacity. I'm also in a state that allows home baking businesses, but if you're not, you'd have to go with a shop to be a legal business.
