This is really my first public cake. Most of my cakes has been for family or friends. I did this for the first lady at my sister's church. In fact I cater the entire event - about 100 people. No pay - I just wanted to get my name out in the community. It was supposed to have been a 3 tier - but if panicked - I didn't think it would hold up. It is buttercream, with silk flowers. The picture is a fondant plaque. The initial is from michael's. Please tell me what you think and what you would charge for something like this. Thanks, icon_smile.gif
