I make a delicious full size cheesecake, but I want to make mini cheesecakes (mini muffin pan), but when I tried baking at 350, they were done, but not brown. Can I raise the heat to 375?
Also, does it make any difference if I put a graham cracker crust (I don't care for the vanilla wafers) with the baking time?
It's such a simple thing, but I can't seem to get it right - Maybe I need a new recipe for it.
Does anyone else have a recipe for them that you'd like to share?
