Is there a recipe for cream cheese frosting that can stay unrefridgerated for a few hours? I'm afraid to leave cream cheese frosting out because it starts to get that sour flavor to it. Thanks.

There is a crusting cream cheese icing recipe in the recipes forum. I believe that can stay out. At least it will give you a place to start. For cream cheese fillings I use that goo in a sleeve. Tastes good with no refrigeration necessary.

Thanks. Now where do you get this goo in a sleeve. Sounds so appetizing when you describe it like that! icon_biggrin.gif

check cake decorating supply stores if you have any near you. If not, people here have posted a website or 2 you can order from
