My friend and I would love to try our hands at a topsy turvy cake. Neither of us have done one before. I am new to this site so I thought I would ask experienced people. What is the best way to stack them?

We have the "How to" tutorial here on CakeCentral... I've personally used this one and if you follow the instructions, the cake turns out really well icon_smile.gif HTH
