Yep, 65 dozen. Just looking for the rah-rah squad to keep me goin'! Roughly 65 pounds of chocolate. Luckily I buy in 20 or 40 pounds at a time and I had some onhand. My inventory will be zero in two days . . .

I've been making bride & groom mints & they're little & it takes me too long....I thought I was done & then realized I need some more,,,,,oh well, not tonight - out of chocolate.....luckily. A couple of hours of that is all I can stand to do at a time.....you've got lots of hours to go......GOOD LUCK.........you can do it, you're the pro.

I have until Sunday night, and each mold holds 6. The event is Tuesday, but I work for the city on Monday all day.
