I've been approached by a coffee shop owner to provide cupcakes for her shop. Was wondering if anyone had any words of wisdom to share with me on this.

Thanks,

No, but a coffe shop just opened in my small town, they have some pastries, cookies, etc, and I was thinking it would be a good idea if I approached them to see if I could sell cupcakes through there. Maybe even decorated cookies. But I don't know how or what to say. I'm just trying to get started with decorating.

Yes, by all means, offer only your best job on everything you sell them, made with the best ingredients you are able to buy, don't offer something you know you can't do well and it will bring you big returns in future customers. Goodcluck thumbs_up.gif
