New to decorating cakes...long story short...I made a bunch of chocolate cake decorations for a cake for a church retreat...I put them in the freezer for safekeeping...now am thinking that I just should have kept them in the fridge, cuz now they will probably melt and/or get ruined. Is all lost???? Do I have to keep them frozen, or can I put them in the fridge and keep them cold without them getting condensation and ruined? Any suggestions or comments would be helpful...thanks

Hi and welcome. icon_smile.gif

I don't have any tips but they will most likely "sweat" (the condensation). The frig may have been a little better. I don't know if taking them from the freezer to the frig will help or not...
