If this has already been discussed, I'm sorry, I'm just too lazy to search through a million forums to find the answer!
I've found that when I'm rolling the fondant out, the edges seem to get really dry & start to crack/tear. Is there something I'm doing wrong that's causing this to happen? What can I do to prevent this from happening next time?
Are you using ready made fondant? If so, just keep kneading it until it gets soft enough. When I don't knead my fondant enough, it get cracks. Also maybe a little bit of shortening would help
