My biggest advice... .make sure they are solidly packed... so they can't move.

I shipped cookies from Guam to Florida at Valentines Day. Two dozen cookies. Stacked them one dozen on top of the other, with parchment paper in between. Put the entire thing in a vacuum seal bag and sealed... didn't pull ALL the air out... just most. Then wrapped this in bubble wrap and shipped in a flat rate box. Padded the box with more bubble wrap so the cookies didn't move in any direction. Those boxes are nice and sturdy, it stood up well.

I was told that they arrive safe, sound, and delicious.

I put each cookie in a bag then wrapped each in a small piece of bubble wrap. (I agree with vstar pilot, make sure this is no movement in box, that is most important. )More bubble wrap around all of them and a nice tight fitting box
