ok I have always used the Wilton buttercream recipie 4 cups pwd sugar 2 bars crisco 1tbsp meriunge pwd 2 tbsp water 1 tsp vanilla. I have never had an isue but it is having a hard time crusting any help ideas or another recipie idea thanks so much
How long has is been crusting, some times it takes longer in the humidity
I use the recipe here from Sugarshack, No fail, works beautifully every time, but it makes alot and you have to use a standup mixer for this one,
Try to refridgerate a bit and see if it sets up better, then continue
