Does anyone know how or has anyone converted the recipes in the book to just two eight inch cake pans? Myy husband and we cannot eat full three to six tiers of cake! I just want to decrease the recipe.

i think you can search her website for the original recipes. i have not loooked at the recipes yet just the pictures. my cousin has choosen one for her wedding.
