How much cake mix would i need for this cake

It is a 12" round
a 8" round
and a small dome
all stacked ontop of each other

do all you experts make the cake mix? I usually do and 1 average size cake would probably be the size of a 8", so wondering if i need to do something like 4??

Everything you need to know to make, decorate and assemble tiered/stacked/layer cakes:

See the Wilton cake preparation charts in the above super link, they will tell you how many cups of batter are required by pan size.

A cake mix usually yields between 4 to 5-1/2 cups of batter. The WASC cake (a doctored cake mix) using 2 DH white cake mixes yields a tad over 14 cups of batter which is great for multiple or large tiers.

If using Kekeladi's original WASC recipe, I usually get (if I can remember) two 8"x2" round or one 12"x2" round.
