Is it possible to make cream cheese icing that is pure white? I am making another red velvet but the bride requested white, white, white cream cheese icing! Any recipe suggestions?

The only thing you could do would be to add a lot of the white - white coloring, but that's going to make the frosting super goopy and very difficult to work with.
