Does anyone have a recipe for Cream Cheese Fondant?
there is one in the recipes here on this site. haven't tried it but it looked interesting.
Have not tried this, but have it saved to try at some point... I thought the concept sounded interesting, not being a huge fondant fan myself...If you do try it, let me know how it comes out!
This is the recipe I was referring to. Let us know how you like it..but wondering..would you need to refrigerate that?
That is the million-dollar question....I've seen recipes posted on here for CC icing that the poster said does not require refrigeration, so maybe this would fall into that category? I don't know...I'm a little nervous about leaving crm chs out for any more than an hour or so before serving....Anyone else have any thoughts on this???
Would love to hear other ideas!!! I love cream cheese icing - I think it has a much better taste than BC, but again - leaving it out? I dunno....
I tried that recipe last weekend and i still have nightmares about it! it is very difficult to work with, and that's all I am going to say,good luck if you use it!

I also tried that recipe and could not get it to work. There was absolutely no stretch to it.
