Is it better to sprinkle your rolling surface with cocoa powder rather than powdered sugar when rolling out chocolate fondant?

Thanks Patty. Do you mix the cocoa powder with powdered sugar, or just use it full strength?

I just use the cocoa powder full strength. But I don't put a ton out. I find that too much will dry up the fondant. =o)
