Is it better to sprinkle your rolling surface with cocoa powder rather than powdered sugar when rolling out chocolate fondant? icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks Patty. Do you mix the cocoa powder with powdered sugar, or just use it full strength?

I just use the cocoa powder full strength. But I don't put a ton out. I find that too much will dry up the fondant. =o)
