Help!!
I am making 200 cupcakes for a wedding next Fri.
Chocolate and strawberry cupcakes, each with a fondant gerber daisy on top.

How should I frost the cupcake (I use a crusting bc)? Do I do a swirl and then add the flower? Smooth the frosting with Viva?

Thanks!

Personally I like the smooth top because I think it would make your fondant daises pop. But with 200 cupcakes the swirls may be easier and would still look very nice. icon_biggrin.gif

when i do the swirl on cupcakes i like to take a matching color or clear edible glitter, sprinkle over the top then place your decoration on it, Really makes it pop~

So the frosting color should match the daisies?

The daisies are going to be various shades of pink with brown centers.
