I need to make a motorcycle and trailer cake or cakes but, they want cheesecake... Can I decorate cheesecake?? The motorcycle and trailer will have a lot of detail, not sure how to go about it. Edible images? Fondant cut outs. Attached pictures of motorcycle & trailer. Just looking for ideas. You guys are great at that so, I'm hoping someone can come up with something.

Forgot to mention that I was thinking about trying to model some gumpaste/fondant as well but, not sure if I can do it. Only made some flowers so far.
