When I got to the "How Do I" section and click on the first page of the "SPS Instructions" link, the tutorial does not open. Instead there's a message from Leahs that simply says "attached." What am I doing wrong? TIA for your help.

I believe it is a PDF file..so you need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it...I think. Your computer should prompt you to download it.

Thanks Jaimie. But the problem I'm having is getting the tutorial OPENED. If I can get to that point, the PDF will be no problem. Thanks for your help.

below the "attached" is a box labled sps.pdf. Look to the bottom right of that box and it should say "Download" when you click on that it should open. It just worked for me. HTH
