I have the Wilton Stand-Up Panda Bear pan but have no instructions and the clips are missing...any suggestions on what to use instead to hold the pan together? I bought this at a yard sale and there were only three pieces...the two halves and the heat evenly core.

Not sure if it is heat safe...but what about those binder clips you get from the office supply store.

Go here to find the instructions. It is in PDF format:

I have used just large paper clips before which have worked fine. Whatever you try, I would be sure to have a cookie sheet underneath just in case your batter oozes out. I would imagine the binder clips wouldn't be real safe since they are plastic.
