So it was 1am and I thought I would bake and cut some shortbread for easter...Well preparing the dough I used a mixer to blend in the butter, Not even thinking icon_cry.gif needless to say my dough was way to crumbly that I couldnt even roll it....so I wrapped it up and put it in the fridge over night to firm up icon_rolleyes.gif Do think it will be ok to roll now??? I have it on the counter trying to soften it... icon_sad.gif

not that anyone replied LOL It was still not stable enough to roll so I molded it into round tbls and all is wel..I will now top off w/ a sugar flower icon_biggrin.gif

I was gonna say... bake it off and crumble it up and use it for cheesecake crust! but never mind icon_lol.gif
