I always use the darn good chocolate cake recipe for my choc cakes but i need a recipe that is just as good but firm and sturdy BUT moist for Chocolate cake! Thanks in advance!

Try the one on here by "Alien_sunset". It's vegan, but you'd never know it and it holds up well to being sculpted or stacked.

The only change I make is to add a small box of choc pudding w/ the rest of the dry ingredients. (I've never made the frosting though, can't vouch for that).
