I found a couple of things, but none of them say how to get a hot pink color. Here is what I found in case it will help you in the future.

Hope this helps!
I am going to bump this since I have a hot pink fondant polka dot cake coming up and I need an answer to this too. Although... I just need to know what colors to use no matter what they are.
There is a sweet 16 cake in my photos (it is a really bad picture that I am trying to replace) with hot pink on the center tier. If that is the shade you want then all I used was the wilton rose pink. It did not take much to get it that bright. I hope this helps>
I agree with BeeBoos - rose pink makes a petty intense bright pink color. I don't know how to put the "neon" element into the color but it is a nice bright color on its own. Americolor Electric Pink is better, so you may want to order some to have on hand for the next project

That sounds like it might be the way to go! That way you don't have to mix colors and you're assured that you'll get the right color!
