Please help. Someone has just ordered 3 dozen cookies to be ready for this weekend and not to be eaten until the following weekend. She wants me to decorate them with fondant and bag them individually. These cookies are for her sister's birthday party which is located at the different state. I'm a little bit concern here, is the cookies going to stay fresh?? Thank you.

I think they would be OK, but if you or your customer is worried, they could be frozen for a few days. I freeze cookies with fondant all the time, they also travel well after being frozen. HTH

Thank you linedancer. The customer doesn't want me to freeze the cookies. So well...all I can do just wait.
