I was wondering.......is there a reason why I can't vote on the contest yet? Is it just me or are there no stars there yet? Anyone?? :0)

I know it has today's date for the voting to begin but I usually wait until the newsletter comes out letting me know that it's ready. I'm assuming it will be ready shortly.
