How do I make my own dummy cake? I saw directions on this site once, but cannot find it again. Thanks Linda122

There are several things that can be used.....styrofoam; or stacked up cardboards (cover w/contact paper). You can even use a cake pan; rice cereal treats; paper mache or plaster of paris.

Thanks,
I did put 3 styrofoam 8" rounds together and covered in clear contact paper. I remember the article saying to go to a hardware store and get something and cover in the contact paper. I just couldn't remember what that something was. I am sure my dummy cake will work fine. Thanks again Kakeladi. Linda
