Any tips on how this is all done is appreciated.

How do the tiers get stacked like that. The top one really looksl ike it's floating.

What about the flowers? Gum paste I would assume, those seem really tall for GP. DO I make all the flowers and assemble on site or not? I can't see how I'm supposed to get it there without it falling apart.

It is cake stand. But for the life of me I cannot remember where I have seen it. I have seen it even pictured with similar cake - at least with callas in it (and they were real flowers).

Edna did a similar cake. Maybe you can ask her.

There was a tutorial on how to do this somewhere here on CC.....
not too sure where exactly.
But, had a look at tonedna's website, www.designmeacake.com and saw her version of this cake. Maybe you could contact her for more info.

This thread may help (page 4) http://www.cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=44466&postdays=0&postorder=asc&&start=45

Edited to say: They are called illusion cakes, if you search the gallery with the word "illusion" you can find more pictures.
